Yoguruppe is a tasty beverage that uses raw milk from southern Kyushu, centered on the foot of Mt. Kirishima, and the mellow lactic acid fermentation of bifidobacteria, acidophilus, and thermophilus. Eliminating the sourness peculiar to yogurt, it has a mild flavor with a pleasant mellow aftertaste.
