A total sweet tasting fruit, Jiro persimmon are seedless in nature and has a firm, crunchier texture compared to Fuyu, which is softer and juicer in nature. They are mostly produced widely in Aichi and Shizuoka region, accounting up to 80% of the production in Japan.
