The pear variety “Oushuu” is a late-maturing red pear variety by crossing 3 different varieties, [Tsuurii x Nijyuuseiki] x Shinyuki. The fruit is large and the flesh is soft and dense. It carries a rich & refreshing juicy content and a sweet taste. It also have long shelf-life which is said it can be stored at room temperaure for up to a year.
