奥州ロマン (Oushuu Roman) Apple is a hybrid between “Shinano Gold’ with ‘Tsugaru’, bred by Mr. Takuro Takano in Esashi, Oshu City, and was registered as “Koya No. 5” in 2016. It has a unique crunchy texture and low acidity which contributes to its strong sweetness.
