Hakuhou is one of the most popular peach varieties with abundance in supply during its season. Grown in the largest and famous peach production region, Ichinomiya city in Yamanashi prefecutre, its rich soil and optimal environment gave it’s peaches superb qualities – soft melty texture, plentiful juice and rich sweetness, voluminous texture and a refreshing aftertaste.
匠の桃 (Takumi no Momo) grade has a sweetness level of 13 degrees and above for mid-season varieties, which is the representative of rich sugar content and excellent melting texture with over-flowing refreshing juice.
