Description
The characteristics of “Sachinoka” are it’s slightly large long cone, shiny and deep red skin with light red flesh and core. It has a mild acidity, a good balance with sweetness, and a gorgeous aroma. The flesh is hard and has excellent transportability and longevity – The stems on the strawberries are known to be extremely difficult to harvest but they retain the freshness longer.
Compared to other strawberries, it is said to contain more vitamin C (about 80 mg per 100 g), which is also beneficial in terms of nutrition.Â
