A hybrid between ‘Koyohakuto’ and ‘Saotome’ variety, ‘Chiyohime’ is an early-season white-fleshed peach which is not only high in water content but also pleasantly sweet, with mild aroma.
信玄(Shigen) grade has a sweetness level of 13 degree and above, which is the representative of rich sugar content and excellent melting texture with over-flowing refreshing juice.
