Amaju Daiou King Fruit Tomatoes are organically cultivated in Hida Takayama City, Gifu prefecture. The Hida area, which is surrounded by 3,000m-class mountains, is a cold region, with large difference in temperature between day and night, and mineral-rich water flowing from each mountain range to supply plenty of minerals to the farms.
King tomatoes are firm even harvested after ripening fully on the tree to maximize the sugar content which can go as high as 10 degrees. In addition, it contains a lot of nutritional value and umami ingredients.
