📝 Key Responsibilities

Handle daily operations of retail store & e-commerce orders.

Restock shelves and perform stock reporting.

Liaise with customers and handle enquiries independently.

Generate sales invoices and operational documents.

Assist in running company social media platforms.

Manage cleaning duties and maintain shop presentation.

Perform assigned ad-hoc operational tasks.

Minimum Qualification: ‘N’ Level.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Training provided).

Experience in Business / Retail / Marketing is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & Word.

Basic knowledge and experience in POS systems.
