Description
“Sunsept” is a late-maturing species that matures in mid-September, hence resulting in larger plum size. It is characterized by its crimson skin which turns deep mahogany upon full maturity and elegant taste. The ripe “Sansept” has a beautiful contrast between the yellowish white flesh and the peel, and the flesh is plump and dense. The taste is a well-balanced plum with a modest sweetness and low acidity.
It is also a popular variety with the highest production volume in 2 years of Yamangata Sagae Nishimurayama farm because of its taste and long shelf-life. It is recommended to peel off the skin before eating which may be sour in taste.
*Plums may come in between 5-8pcs depending in sizes.
