Island berries are light pink strawberries cultivated on a farm in Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture. It is due to their low level of Anthocyanin (chemical which gives fruits their colors) resulting from sunlight restriction during maturing produces its light tone.
It has an enchanting appearance and mellow scent that whiffs from the moment you open the box, and when in mouth, it has a strong sweetness like honey and refreshing aftertaste.
